Warehousing and storage
Storage is charged per location per week, so you pay for what you use. Inventory is tracked by location in real time and visible in your customer portal.

Receiving and product handling
Every inwards delivery is photographed, counted, scanned and checked against what you ordered before it goes into stock.
- Container unloading: 20ft and 40ft, palletised or loose-loaded. More on containers
- Product verification: scanned and reconciled against your purchase order.
- Photographed on arrival: every inwards delivery is photographed, and any damage is reported to you straight away.
- Putaway and cross-dock: into a location, or straight back out the door.
- Barcoding: labels applied to unbarcoded stock.
Pick and pack
We pick and pack for both B2B and B2C. Orders are scanned at pick and again at pack, to our 99.9%+ pick accuracy standard, and packed the way you specify.
- Pick by unit, carton or pallet.
- Your packaging and inserts, or ours.
- Labels and packing slips printed with every order.
- Same day dispatch on orders received before 1:00pm, with four courier collections a day.
- B2C: ecommerce orders picked, packed and sent direct to your customers' doors, with tracking returned to your store.
- B2B: wholesale and retail orders picked by carton or pallet, labelled per store and delivered to warehouses, distribution centres and stores.
Freight and courier, New Zealand wide
We hold negotiated rates with New Zealand's major carriers and book the right service for each order. Or use your own carrier account and we'll load to it.
Integrated carriers: NZ Post, Post Haste, Kiwi Express Oversized and Owens, connected to our system for booking, labels and tracking.
Courier and express
Satchels and cartons nationwide, signature and photo on delivery.
Bulk and pallet freight
Pallets and heavy cartons to stores, DCs and sites across both islands.

Metro deliveries by truck or van.
Inbound from overseas
Trusted freight forwarder relationships to bring goods in from anywhere, and you're welcome to work with them directly if you prefer. We can also arrange collection of your stock.
Returns
Customer returns are received, inspected and photographed, then restocked, quarantined or disposed of on your instruction. You get a report for every return.

How pricing works
Every quote is an itemised rate card: storage per location per week, handling per order, unit, carton or pallet, and freight by carrier rate.
Billing is transparent. We don't bill anything outside your rate card without your approval first.
No setup fees on a standard integration.
